We dive into the importance of stress reduction for better brain health, and how to change our perception of stress

You'll learn why we experience stress, and how it impacts the body - and brain

Susan has coached hundreds of women around the world to help them reduce their dementia risk

It's an interactive session, not a lecture, so you get heard and supported by Susan and can ask questions

You'll come away with a fresh focus on stress management techniques

How the Yoga Nidra session works- hour 2:

Susan will then hand over to Kanan so you can reduce your stress levels in real time with a beautiful, calming Nidra session

It's an ancient form of yoga scientifically proven to rejuvenate and restore. An hour of Nidra is the equivalent of four hours deep sleep

This form of yoga isn't about doing downward dog in lycra, for Nidra you lie down and relax. It's a beautiful experience
